A recent study by The Kennel Club looked into how specific dog breeds attract a specific type of owner. We here at Pawtion were fascinated by the results, so today we're breaking down what the guys at The Kennel Club found out!

Jack Russell

If you own a Jack Russell, your personality traits include things such as loyalty, helpfulness and friendliness. Jack Russell owners also tend to be trustworthy and good listeners.
According to the study, loyalty is the most dominant personality type, at 88%, and Bill Russell, who is a spokesperson for The Kennel Club says: It appears that we can often tell a lot about a person from the type of dog that they own, with the dominant personality traits of Jack Russell owners – owned by the likes of King Charles – being their loyalty, generous spirit for helping others and their trustworthiness.

Golden Retriever

One of the most popular dog breeds about, traits of a golden retriever owner are characteristics such as being emotionally stable and happy.
Goldens are known for being a friendly and tolerant breed, so match up well with those of similar traits!

Border Terrier
